At Barbudo Beard Products, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at Info@barbuobeardproducts.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or opened products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it can be returned following our return policy.
